徐丙垠:小电流接地还是小电阻接地?
在2017年配电网接地技术与故障处理论坛上,山东理工大学智能电网研究院徐丙垠教授作了题为 “小电流接地还是小电阻接地?——从国际供电会议上的动态谈起”的报告。

徐丙垠教授从巴西配电网谐振接地改造实践、捷克短接故障相消弧试验研究情况、哪种接地方式更有利于人身安全?对配电网接地方式选择的建议等几个方面进行了阐述。

1. 国际上有将架空网络接地方式改为谐振接地的趋势;

2. 架空以及架空与电缆混合网络采用小电流接地方式有利于提高供电可靠性与人身安全;
2. The low current grounding mode is beneficial to improve the reliability of power supply and personal safety in overhead and hybrid overhead and cable networks.
3. 配电网接地方式的选择应按国家标准的要求办。避免将架空网络接地方式改为小电阻接地;电容电流小于150A的电缆网络应采用谐振接地。
